Registration Policies

Paper Coverage

One registration can cover for one accepted paper.

Payment Currency

All conference transactions shall be in US Dollars only.

Payment Deadline

Registration payments must be received by the deadline. Late payments will result in paper removal from the presentation schedule.

Attendance Requirement

At least one author must attend and present. No-show papers will not be published.

Refund Policy

All registration fees are Non-Refundable, unless in extreme cases (medical or family emergencies). The final decision on refund will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.

All speakers attending RAM'26 who do not hold a Thai passport require a VISA. However, citizens of countries or regions which have VISA exemptions with Thailand can enter without a VISA for a limited time.
