About KMUTNB TechnoPark

KMUTNB has established the KMUTNB TechnoPark as a comprehensive one-stop service hub for academic services, research and commercial innovation. The TechnoPark serves as a central platform for the development and commercialization of research, inventions and technologies. It plays a vital role in fostering collaboration between educational institutions, public organizations and the private sector to enhance the competitiveness of businesses and industries, especially startups and SMEs. Acting as a bridge between researchers and entrepreneurs, the park supports prototype creation and product testing prior to commercial production. This initiative aligns with Thailand's national "Thailand 4.0" policy, which promotes an economy driven by innovation and advanced technology.

Centers and Institutes

Under this initiative, KMUTNB oversees 1 institute and 13 specialized centers covering a wide range of fields such as aerospace, defense, automotive technology, robotics, environmental conservation, radar, rail systems, food manufacturing, biotechnology, smart electronics, medical devices, 5G innovation and business collaboration.

In addition, the Prachinburi Campus has developed four centers to support the Eastern Economic Corridor of Innovation (EECi), including the High-Value Agricultural Product Innovation Center, Automotive Testing Research Center, Tire Technology and Engineering Fibers Research Center and Business Consulting Service Center. These centers focus on uplifting local industries and improving quality of life through technological advancement.

At the Rayong Campus, established in 2018, KMUTNB operates a modern academic and training center designed to prepare industrial personnel for Industry 4.0. This campus houses three excellence centers: The Modern Automotive Technology Center, Industrial Automation and Robotics Technology Center and Steel Industry and Welding Standards Testing Center.
